PLan and Balet Nina

Last night I had another of those surreal dreams where my blog basically exploded with comments from faithful readers. you know one of those things that just never happens to me.
Why do I dream such banale things anyway?

The Plan has been initiated. And if you botehred guessing, you probably guessed right, its about fitness and health. Yes, the summer is creeping in and I decided to make just ONE small adjustment in my diet to loose a couple of those NASTY WAISTINCHES! like Peggy Bundy would have expressed it ( at least I imagine she would, I never was a HUGE fan of #MArried with Children#) in the 4 weeks left until the official start of "summer".

The plan is simple: eat nothing unhealthy. No sweet cakes, no cookies, no chocolate, no MENTOS (how I will do without my Mentos dunno)..just nothing fatty and sugary. Instead, I´m gonna do what the ladies in my neighborhood a a child did: Find complementing sweets.

Strawberries with powdered sweetner is one...
Zero fat yogurt with sweetener another..need to stack up on Nutrisweet!
If I stick to those-and to my normal exercise..then maybe,,just maybe..will those inches , that didn´t drop from smoking a fag after 5 months, finally drop.
How boring and regularly aren´t I? Well if you insist on coming here, you have to live with that!


I had the UNUSUAL pleasure to talk to an old friend yesterday. From childhood that´s how old. She is my ventile and I am hers. She can tell me her thoughts that she never talks to anyone else about. And i can tell her mine :) Its like a secret club for women soon to be 30, and the membership is exclusive.So I got one or two secrets out of my system yesterday, and she spilled hers out to me. Then back to reality. I am just so greatful for friends that I don´t NEED to see physically to talk to in that way, they remain my friends. With her it´s like that. We could be apart for 10 years, then meet and everything will be just like back in -09 :) Love You NINA!
