Friday

My hours are slowly swifting back to normality. I manage to fall asleep at around 3 ish (which is when I had my lunch a few days ago) and wake up 9 ish 10 ish. This morning I was way too bored to go running so I did some laundry, had breakfast with my mother -in -law and then did the internet tour.

I need to order so many books for the three classes I´m taking through the open university and luckily bokus.com delivers to far off corners of the world (where I am..at the bottom of the balkan..closer to afrika than home for example :P) Anyway..I ordered something like 9 books since except for the course litteratur I got a sudden impulse to throw in three Unni Drougge paper-backs. There are no words to explain her greatness. Probably the best contemporary Swedish author in literatur history. So the final bill sadly eneded up at 300 euro. Who said life as a student is cheap?

I got dressed and rushed off to Niks bank to give Elly some cds I made for her. I have an urge to share scandinavian music with everyone I meet. So on her trip to Athens to see her family this afternoon her ipod will be pumping Volbeat, Takida and Sahara Hotnights!
I am a proud ambassador for the north!

The clouds where having trouble deciding if they should let their miserable weight down on me before I made it home or not(was on the Piaggio)..Finally they held back..
Nik called as he was leaving the job to see if I was up for going running together..I wasn't gonna..legs where aching..but what the heck..its nice with company. The clouds couldn't hold back anymore though so I grabbed the rain jacket last second. We ran one hour on the beach with the rain pouring down over our sweating organisms. Nobody said a word to each other, we where both in our own state of mind. Waves where pounding and licking the shore. It was surreal and it felt like I could have ran forever. At the far end in Kalamaki a bruised body of a Schnauzer was washed up. Its Legs in a twisted position. Too many unloved animals on these latitudes.

My sister turns 30 today, old sass! Have to call her and see if she got the gift on time. but since shes hosting a dinner party for 25 I think now is not such a a good timing.

Night will be spend with a Bergman movie or two (yes we love them and we downloaded them all) and a bottle of Greek Syrah :)
Im lovin it.
