Mindsex..at first I thought it sounded so pathetic..Mindsex..what could it be? Whispering sexy stories in the ear of your mate? Having sexual fantasies? Undressing that hot gut on the bus with your eyes?

A friend of mine described mindsex to me as having an open dialouge with someone about everything that your mind carries. In our daily communaction with people around us we leave a lot of things out. The communicated message may not be the intended message. Therefore misunderstandings occur. We all experience it, we are offended by something someone says to us because it has too much truth in it so that we feel vulnerable and exposed, the truth hurst, or the opposite, we are intimidated beacsue we are accused of something completley out of line with our actual intentions or personality. In order to stay on good terms with the people in and outside our social networks, we often manipulate the messages we send out. It´s natural, we avoid conflicts, we all want to be likeable and easy to get a long with. Any action that signals anything else than wanting to socialize on noce terms, are considered as weird, or strange and we are considered to be egoistic snobs or something alike.

So imagine, how much we carry around inside of our heads that actually nobody ever knows about..we are alone with a lot of our thoughts. Mindsex, brings it all out. indsex offers releif to enclosed minds. Mindsex offers us a free arena of speech. With mindsex we don't have to feel as bad people or weird or strange, because it takes place on equal terms. The two people involved in the sexact absorbs messages, good and bad, and also releives his or her own mind for the other person to absorb.
Can you imagine the anger, frustration pain. joy and satisfaction that comes out of such an interaction? After thinking about it, I can imagine, I can imagine and I am willing to try.it I want to reach the climax in such an intercourse with another human. Another human, not like me, not like anyone else.
I am convinced it is superior to any type of psychologic therapy because it is based on two way communication. Nobody will judge or evaluate what youre saying, only listen.
